Our return policy is very generous. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please just follow the rules and we will promptly refund your money. If you choose to return a product, here are the details of the return policy you should be aware of:
- Our 30 day return period starts on the actual shipping date we ship to you. Please refer to your packing slip for this date.
- The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped out; that is complete, unchanged, undamaged, unscratched and not sized.
Please note: we cannot accept rings that have been sized or altered in any way.
- If you find damage to an item upon its delivery, please call our customer service department for assistance at 818-206-3380 for Return Authorization number. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark down the Return Authorization number (RA#), Packing Slip number and Contact information, prior to returning to our distribution center. Items must have a Return Authorization number to be received by our returns department.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries; therefore all return shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipping security. Lost packages are not the responsibility of EverlastJewelry.com Please ship the return package to the address below:

If these conditions and terms are met, you will receive a 100% refund (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product. Credits will be issued to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
