The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada.

We provide a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee, less shipping.  For any reason if you don't like your purchase, just return within 30 days for a full refund.

Our return policy is very generous.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please just follow the rules and we will promptly refund your money.  If you choose to return a product, here are the details of the return policy you should be aware of:

• Our 30 day return period starts on the actual shipping date we ship to you. Please refer to your packing slip for this date.
  
  
• The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition it was shipped out; that is complete, unchanged, undamaged, unscratched and not sized.
  
  Please note: we cannot accept rings that have been sized or altered in any way.
  
  
• If you find damage to an item upon its delivery, please call our customer service department for assistance at 818-206-3380 for a Return Authorization number.  Pack the item securely, using the original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark down the Return Authorization number (RA#), Packing Slip number and your current contact information, prior to returning to our distribution center.  Items must have a Return Authorization number to be received by our returns department.
  
  
• We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries; therefore all return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipping security.  Lost packages are not the responsibility of EverlastJewelry.com.   Please ship the return package to the address below:

If these conditions and terms are met, you will receive a 100% refund (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product.  Credits will be issued to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Simply put, should your tungsten jewelry become defective, tarnished or scratched, we will replace the item free of charge upon return, less shipping charges.  No hidden gimmicks.  We charge for shipping costs, that's it.

We have very few, yet reasonable exceptions:

• All bracelets are expressly excluded from this warranty.
• All pendant chains are expressly excluded from this warranty.
• All diamonds, gemstones or their settings are excluded from this warranty.  We are not responsible for lost stones.
• Items scratched by a diamond.
• Items scratched by an emery board.
• Items cut with an emergency room diamond scissors.
• Items drilled with a tungsten or diamond drill bit or other such tool.
• Items that are not tungsten carbide and/or items purchased in our "Clearance Center".

Small micro-scratches may appear over time hardly perceptible to the eye.  These can be buffed out easily and we will do so at your request. Call our customer service department for a Return Authorization number and we will buff these out for you for free. You will just need to pay basic shipping.

Tungsten Carbide can only be scratched by a diamond.  Please be careful not to test the durability of tungsten carbide with emery boards or nail filing pads as these DO contain industrial diamond dust.  Tungsten Carbide rings CANNOT be sized.
